Style secret / best style advice:
Before you walk out the door, add one more piece. More is more! I have never been one to play it subtle and think others should not either.

Style Icon:
Lady Gaga is my biggest style icon. She helped me learn to love myself from the inside out. It is so important to love who you are born to be and embrace your identity. Gaga has utilized her style and platform to fight for important issues. This inspires me to continue to express myself through what I wear, push boundaries, and to never let anyone tell me differently.

The Garment:
I thrifted this beautiful Victorian ruffle neck blouse from my local Savers thrift store. I love the versatility of lace and how it can easily be dressed up or down. The ruffle neck and heightened shoulders are a great asset to compliment layering with this piece. This top is such a staple in my closet and is one of my favorite thrift finds.

Look One: Brunch with The Girls

It is time to sip mimosas and see some drag queens with the girlfriends. Brunch is really the only excuse to get dressed up on the weekends for me. I paired it with a cute twill skirt so I could tuck my blouse in. On top of the blouse I added my vintage fur neck scarf and suede bucket hat. I wanted some simple but cute earrings to pop on, so I chose these super cute gold rose earrings. I needed to have my “La Dolce Vita” shoulder purse and knee high boots to finish the look. You can never go wrong with knee high boots and a mini skirt, especially during Fall.

Look Two: Shop Til you Drop

When I am out shopping for vintage and thrift finds, my outfits are usually the most quintessential me. Very street style influenced and I love playing with fun elements. I paired the blouse with the leopard skinny jeans and added a leather belt to break up the textiles. Leopard print is always in style, in my book. I wanted to pair this bold faux fur jacket to add drama and warmth to the look. To finish the look I did simple black heels so the outfit would be the main focus.

Look Three: Dinner With A Vampire

When I am getting dressed for a night out or dinner occasion, I love to gravitate towards a Victorian and vampy style. I am not usually dressed elegantly but this style is great for a fancy dinner with friends or your boo thing. I added this little black dress over the blouse to appear as one unit. I then added long black gloves and tucked the top in just a little bit to where the gloves ended. It was only fitting to add my vintage fascinator with a veil over my face. To finish the look I have my staple square black purse. Another tip: I always recommend owning a cute and simple black purse. They are so easy to transform or pair with any outfit.
